Shortened URLs returning a 504 Error Page

Due to an issue experienced by a provider, some users reported that shortened URLs in SMS were leading to a 504 error page.

The provider confirmed that the incident was resolved at approximately 01:00 UTC.

All shortened URLs will redirect as expected without issue including any sent during the period of the incident.
